工作职责： The Candidate
As a Production Manager, he/she will be in charge of all production
management of the company, reporting to the Operation Manager.
The primary responsibilities include:
-Production planning and implementation to ensure delivery
to customers on time.
-Lead team to achieve production, quality and cost targets,
manage cost and lead in driving costs and improving productivity.
-Ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel
in producing quality products in a cost efficient way.
-Supervises activities on all shifts of an assigned segment.
-Provide necessary training for technicians and operators,
motivate and appraise subordinates, enforce house keeping（5S）.
-Handling and maintaining needed documentation, for example,
production records, working instructions etc.
-Coordinates communications between shifts and other department
to ensure high quality products.
-Keep statistics of manufacturing personnel’s performance.
具体要求： -Bachelor degree or above, with major in electronics
or other engineering.
-At least 5 years of production management in a foreign-funded
company, at least 3 years experience within PCBA manufacturing.
Familiar with SMT, through-hole process, first line production
supervisor experience is a plus.
-Demonstrated managerial and leadership capabilities, and
people management skills, can work under pressure.
-Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14001 quality system standard, familiar
with IPC-A-610 standard.
-Familiar with MRP or ERP system.
-Good oral & written English and computer skills.
